The Barrus Family Genealogy consists of a letter to Anna Louise Ward from her aunt, Anna Cadle, and a small bound notebook containing the genealogy of John Barrowe (Barrowes/Barrus) from England, written by Anna Cadle.
The Fudge Family Papers consist of three folders of photocopied genealogical records and newsclippings related to the Fudge family and includes a brief sketch of the family’s history written by Joe Fudge of Alleghany County, Virginia; a typed transcription of Thompson McGhee’s 1855 will; addresses of Fudge family members; diplomas; certificates; newsclippings of family events, and obituaries; and a June 1887 copy of Peterson’s Magazine.
