Scope and Contents
The collection consists of 72 hand-tinted glass plate positives. The photographs were taken in the 1920s and 1930s by the Reverend Chester Leonard. They depict scenes from the Vardy Community in Hancock County, Tennessee.
The slides are a mix of Metal-Mat slides and tape-bordered slides.
