Scope and Contents This collection consists primarily of oral interviews and research papers relating to folk medicine. This material was collected by ETSU students of Anthony P. Cavender for his Appalachian Folk Medicine course. The interviews on food as medicine were done by students enrolled in his Nutritional Anthropology course.
