David Morris Collection
The collection is divided into two series: Series 1, Vietnam War Protest, 1952-1969; and Series 2, Domestic Protest, 1959-1969. The first series covers protests against the military draft and the Vietnam War. Series 2 consists of documents related to other protest movements.

Major subjects are East Tennessee and Western North Carolina Railroad, narrow and standard gauge (Johnson City and Elizabethton, Tenn.); Norfolk and Western Railroad (Bristol, Va., to West Jefferson, N. C.); Southern Pacific Railway (San Luis Obispo, Ca., and environs); and Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad (Cass and Ronceverte, W. Va.).

Embree Family Papers
The collection consists of photocopies of manuscript transcriptions of correspondence from Evan Embree, who resided on the Nolichucky River, to his uncle, Abner Elleman of Bush River, South Carolina. The correspondence deals primarily with Quaker theology and some family and local news.
