Scope and Contents
The materials in this collection relate to the World War II (1941-45) work of the Holston Ordnance Works, Kingsport, Tennessee. Included in the collection are photographic prints of the works, photo exhibit captions from the ETSU history department exhibit on Holston, informational materials and posters.

Method of Acquisition
The World War II in East Tennessee materials were given to the archives by Colin Baxter, Department of History, East Tennessee State University, on November 14, 1985.
Processing Information
Marie Tedesco completed processing and the collection was opened for research in March 1988.
