Physical Education Syllabus
Scope and Contents
This is the detailed syllabus for Physical Education 202 at East Tennessee State Teachers College in 1926. It was created by Helen Krepps, Director of Physical Education for Women and is probably Krepps' copy.
The syllabus contains over 100 pages of games, songs and goals for physical education for first through eighth grade boys and girls. Musical scores for the songs to accompany games are pasted throughout and several pages have handwritten notes and sketches of foot placement for dances.

The bound volume has been left intact. Three folded sheets were removed from an envelope pasted into the back of the volume and placed in a separate folder.
Method of Acquisition
The syllabus was found among the papers of William Flinn Rogers which were donated to the University Archives by Frank Williams in 1986, accession number 1986-277.
