Scope and Contents
The Edwin T. Greninger Collection documents personal and professional interests during his career as a professor of history at East Tennessee State University, including teaching assignments and administrative work within the department, university committees and the Faculty Senate, and in professional organizations such as the American Association of University Professors. Material in the collection includes correspondence, memoranda, course materials, lecture notes, reports, historical essays, articles, and reviews written by Greninger, student assignments and term papers, course exams (master copies), newspaper clippings, and miscellaneous printed matter.

The Edwin T. Greninger Collection was donated to University Archives by Dr. Edwin T. Greninger, ETSU, on August 2, 1989 with additional material donated on December 18, 1992 and December 23, 1994.
