Sing Along with Appalachia, September 1969-February 1970
Scope and Contents
This series consists of the exhibit files maintained by Reece Museum staff. The exhibits include traveling and historical exhibits as well as exhibits of regional art and craft. Some exhibits or themes are recurring, such as the annual Christmas tree display arranged by the Johnson City Council of Garden Clubs and the “My Neighbor Collects” series. Graduate student and faculty exhibits are also represented in the files. Exhibit files may contain catalogs; correspondence; photographs; newspaper clippings; loan agreements; and/or planning documents. The files are not labeled as to whether the exhibit is travelling or locally curated. After the 2005-2006 year, the files are less extensive.
