Burleson, Gladys, 1896-1937
Gladys Burleson was born in 1896 to David Sinclair and Mary Dew Burleson. She attended Johnson City High School and East Tennessee State Normal School, receiving her high school teaching license in 1914. Later she attended Cornell University and studied Chemistry until 1924. She died in 1937.
