Biography
Russell P. Rogers of Erwin, Tennessee was one of the organizers of the Bumpass Cove Citizens Group, Inc. (founded November 26, 1979). The group was organized to protest Waste Resources of Tennessee's dumping of hazardous chemicals into the Bumpass Cove landfill.
