Scope and Contents The black and white videotape, "There is No Place Like Home," was taken in February 1980 by Russell P. Rogers. The music for the tape was performed by Robert Story. The forty minute (approximately) tape concerns the controversy which surrounded Waste Resources of Tennessee's dumping of hazardous chemicals into the Bumpass Cove landfill.
