Russell P. Rogers of Erwin, Tennessee was one of the organizers of the Bumpass Cove Citizens Group, Inc. (founded November 26, 1979). The group was organized to protest Waste Resources of Tennessee's dumping of hazardous chemicals into the Bumpass Cove landfill.

Scope and Contents The black and white videotape, "There is No Place Like Home," was taken in February 1980 by Russell P. Rogers. The music for the tape was performed by Robert Story.
