Biography
A.C. Bailey was born on August 13, 1917 in DeKalb County, Alabama near Sand Mountain. He moved to Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia in the late 1940s and lived most of his life there. Prior to World War II, he played spoons, guitar, and banjo with a traveling ensemble. Bailey died in July 1994.
