Scope and Contents The Margaret N. Wimberly papers consist of two photocopied, typed speeches made by Wimberly on two separate occasions in the spring of 1983.

The March 18, 1983 speech was delivered to volunteers participating in "Leadership Kingsport," a training program for civic leaders, sponsored by the Kingsport Chamber of Commerce.
