The collection is arranged in three series, as follows: Series 1, Subject Files, 1936-1993 and undated, Boxes 1-2 and oversized folder 1; Series 2, Scrapbooks, 1950-1974, Boxes 3-9; and Series 3, Photographs, 1949-1980 and undated, Box 10.

Method of Acquisition

The Madison Brooks Collection was donated to University Archives by Madison Brooks’ daughter Sally Brooks Meadows, Washington, D. C., on April 4, 2002.

Processing Information

Miriam Brown, Mary Dykes, and Ned Irwin completed processing the collection. It was opened for research in March 2012.
