Show Administrative InformationScope and Contents: The collection consists of of approximately 17,000 bluegrass and country music sound recordings and archival material relating to Smith's collecting pursuits, periodicals, video tapes, books, songbooks, sheet music, and photographs by Smith. Some photographs were taken by Smith in Nashville, others are personal photographs.
